Orders are typically processed within 1–5 business days after being placed. This excludes Saturdays, Sundays and holidays. Processing times may be longer during promotional or holiday periods due to higher order volumes. Orders that contain customized items require additional processing time and may take up to 3 weeks before shipment. Once your order has been processed, it will ship according to the shipping method you selected at checkout.
Please note that processing times and shipping times are different. The shipping time begins after your order has been processed.
Orders that qualify for Free Shipping will be identified with “Free Shipping.” The $50–$500 order range requirement for Free Shipping applies to the order total before taxes and shipping. If you select a shipping method other than standard ground, additional shipping charges will apply.

Ground shipments may be sent via UPS and / or USPS. Orders require a physical address for shipping, we do not ship to PO box addresses. APO/FPO/DPO addresses will ship via USPS ground service only.

ALASKA AND HAWAII and any other territories under the control of the United States
All shipments to Alaska or Hawaii and any other territories under the control of the United States will be shipped via USPS Ground and may incur an additional shipping charge based on weight of the package. Due to the distance, shipments will take a minimum of 5 business days to arrive. Look for a shipment tracking number via email when your order has been processed. Promotional shipping (e.g., free shipping) is only applied to orders shipped within the contiguous United States and does not apply to Hawaii and any other territories under the control of the United States or Alaska.

Unfortunately, we are not offering shipping outside of the United States at this time.
